Japan Gets First Windows Phone Mango Smartphone

Fujitsu and mobile carrier KDDI have confirmed that they will launch the world’s smartphone that runs on Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango), which is expected to be shipped in September.
The announcement was held during a press gathering in Tokyo yesterday. Although the exact name of the phone is not revealed, the video presentation gave tell-tale signs that it would be theToshiba-Fujitsu IS12T smartphone . The device features a 3.7-inch LCD screen, 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 CPU, 32GB of internal memory, a waterproof casing, and a multitude of color options like bright yellow and pink.
It is very unlikely that this smartphone would arrive in North America, but expect a lot of Mango-powered phones from the likes of Samsung and Acer coming our way.
