
The new Apple Thunderbolt Display is a 27-inch wide screen 2560 x 1440 resolution display that comes also with LED backlight technology. Its main selling point is that it comes with Thunderbolt ports with bi-directional channels that is capable of transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps each. The display also comes with a built-in FaceTime HD camera and mic. A Thunderbolt-enabled Mac notebook can access the display’s features as well as other peripherals via just a single Thunderbolt cable. That is convenience that users would surely welcome.
